Gratitude

A wonderful way to start and end your day is by expressing gratitude.  It doesn't have to take long and may just be a few words.  Taking a few minutes to consciously focus on something positive shifts your whole state of being into higher vibrating frequencies.

Committing to writing even just one sentence in the morning and/or evening on a daily basis can change your life.  Keep a separate journal for it and make it a ritual.  Experience how powerful this little exercise can be.
