Thus you can see the importance of walking your talk, which is often easier said than done. I find strength and courage in knowing that every obstacle I overcome, I overcome not just for me, but also for my children. A precedent is set if you let fear rule you. What about choosing to face your fears and show your children (indirectly by living it) how to do so? The last thing any parent wants is to see their children suffer.
When you model all the traits you value and strive towards letting your light shine bright, no matter how hard, your children will know that those traits are all attainable because they saw you at work, they saw you embodying your talk. They will have a path to follow. What greater gift can we give our children than to lead by example?
