Two Steps Forward One Step Back

During your journey there will be periods where you feel like you are leaping forward and then you seem to slide back a bit again.  This is completely normal.  You are shifting and need to re-calibrate.   So even though you might be taking a step back, it is part of the natural progression.

What you will find though is that even though you are trying on your old shoes again they will feel old and they won't fit anymore.  So what has soothed you or worked for you in the past is not effective anymore in your shifted space.  That is an important lesson too.  See it for what it is instead of looking at it as a slip up or a step back.  Be good to yourself and move on when you are ready.  :)
