Walk And Talk

Walking/hiking outdoors and having someone to talk to is such a great combination.  Not only are you getting physical exercise, but you are connecting with Mother nature, cleansing your chakras, rebalancing your energies.  This in turn encourages inner cleansing, which can be done through talking.

The process of walking makes it easier to open up, explore blocks and release them. Whether with a spouse, significant other, friend, relative, etc, you will find that communication increases if you walk at the same time.
