Inner Wounds

Making peace with situations and people in your life starts first with letting go of them through forgiveness. This lets you release the emotion tied to this person or situation. 

Then look inside yourself and see how you contribute and/or contributed to your own pain too. Then work on healing, forgiving and loving yourself. This step is just as important as the first. Following through with this second step will ensure that you won't attract situations that will mirror your inner wounds anymore.
