Do you ever find yourself agonizing over things? When you do, ask yourself: "Is my agonizing over this helping the situation?" If the answer is 'yes' then by all means, continue to agonize. If it is 'no' though, stop agonizing. If whether you do or don't doesn't influence the outcome then give yourself a break, acknowledge the situation, but don't add agony to it. Sometimes things just are. You can still be happy despite all of it.
