Just Be

As the temperatures get cooler, make it a point to go outside at least once a day with the purpose of taking some deep breaths and being in the moment. While you are taking your breaths look at the trees, the sun or moon & stars, the sky and anything else that catches your eye. Pay attention to those things that you usually don't have time for and just be. It will make you feel good instantly.
