When you are removed from your center, you feel unsettled/uneasy/restless/anxious/not you. How can you get back to your center? The best way is to get grounded. This means do something physical like taking conscious breaths, going for a walk/hike/bike ride, walk barefoot in the grass, etc. It will bring you back to your root, to your being, and will provide you with a renewed perspective and positive attitude.
