Sometimes, no matter how hard you work at finding solutions to problems, there just seem to be none. Or there are things that are just completely out of your control. We all have days like that.
On those days surrender to what is happening. The harder you fight it the worse it gets. And you will totally exhaust yourself. Accept it without resistance and see where it goes, see where it takes you. Take on a new perspective: Be the observer keeping in mind that there is a lesson or multiple lessons in this situation for you. It is a learning opportunity that you are presented with. The key is to find it.
If you can't see it, don't worry about it. Continue to surrender to it. Find your inner light, your inner safe space and take a break and a deep breath. Trust that all is happening for a reason and that your are simply not privy to the big picture at the moment.
Regroup in this safe space and focus on what is truly important to you about this situation. When things get crazy it is easy to forget what your core values are and what your initial core intent really was.
The most important thing is truly to stop fighting whatever is happening. When you are working that hard against something you are not in the flow of life. Somehow you have gotten off track. Surrendering is the first step to realigning.
