Then, once you have done all you can, it is also critical to let it go. This is a step that is often left out. If after dealing with a situation you still harbor negative feelings it means that you either haven't done all you can and/or you have not let go. Remember, letting go is a very conscious choice you make and is crucial to moving on and releasing any residual negativity. Rehashing the same story over and over again on the other hand leads to bitterness, resentment and hatred, which of course inhibits growth and change.
So remember: 1. Find your courage and do all you can and 2. Let go. :)
