Forgiveness is the key to moving on from any negative situation/experience/act. Forgiving does not mean that you are saying whatever happened was OK. Forgiveness is about giving yourself permission to move on by leaving judgment to a Higher Source.
Forgiveness gives you the possibility to release all heaviness and make room for love again. It is an act of self-love and all love ultimately benefits the world.
