Do you ever pressure yourself beyond reason? Do you ever get so caught up in your standards that you loose sight of the situation at hand? When you find yourself in this stressful situation, stop and breathe! Step out of it and reassess not just your goal, but your standards and how they apply to the situation at hand.
It is very possible that at this point you are living out an old pattern of yours that is bringing up long standing fears. Instead of letting the fears get the better of you, choose to face them in context of the current situation (this is very important). It will give you a "real" perspective and dissolve the fear.
