I love this quote! How many times have you said yes to something you really wanted to say no to? Self sacrifice is not helpful to anyone. You can only give when your heart is full, and that only happens when you are good to yourself first, when you say yes to yourself first. Make yourself a priority and when you are overflowing with love share it in abundance. :)
