Hard to believe, but this is my 500th post. 500 days ago I started on this incredible journey taking baby steps, literally one day at a time, one post per day.
Though it hasn't always been easy, it had definitely enriched my life in so many different ways. I am thankful for the journey, the support and encouragement I have gotten, the insights that have helped me grow and see the growth, the acceptance of life's cycles and the many, many facets of life I have gotten to experience and recognize now.
Throughout all the highs and lows and everything in between, there has been one constant: the daily commitment to bringing you a daily insight. At least that is how it started...
What it really has turned out to be, as I reflect on these 500 posts, is a daily commitment to MYSELF, the daily commitment to digging deep and finding meaning in my everyday life, in short a consistent act of self love. To be honest - I didn't see that until today and I am deeply moved. There is no greater gift to yourself than realizing that you truly, deeply matter to yourself.
