For the next five minutes, turn off your TV, computer, coffee machine, electronics, car, phone, etc. Take a deep breath and listen to the silence. Focus on yourself, look inward with no thought. Simply infuse peace. Take the silence and let it go through you. Feel yourself, feel life in you, feel life thrumming through you.
This is a great way to center yourself and to gain a centered perspective. When you find life pulling you in a million directions or you are inundated by electronics and their constant lure, bless yourself with a few minutes of peace. In the end you essence is all that matters. Be in touch with yourself. Nurture your inner peace.
