Silence

Do you take time to simply be in silence?  When you sit in silence with no distractions, take a deep breath and openly listen to what your body and your emotions are telling you.  Tell your mind to take a break and move aside for a bit to hear what else is going on with you.

These moments are so rare anymore for most of us and yet, they are so important and powerful for our wellbeing.  Part of you may be reluctant to do this - there is usually some fear based reason behind it.  That is why you take a deep breath, to reassure your fear that all is fine.  You are finding out more about you and there is nothing you can't face when you are whole and accepting of all of you.
