Drink Water!

Both my dad and my dog were borderline dehydrated within less than a week from each other.  Not believing in coincidences, I would like to remind everyone of the importance of properly hydrating yourself.

Make sure you drink 6-8 glasses of plain water everyday.  Do not add anything to the water.  Keep in mind too that other liquids, such as pop, fruit juice, milk, even carbonated water are not a substitute for plain water. Make this a conscious part of your day, everyday, for the rest of your life. It is the basis for living a healthy life. Actually more than that - it is the basis for your physical survival.
