Safe Haven Bubble

Being busy can be very fulfilling. Nevertheless, it is also very easy to loose yourself and to become machine like, pumping out more work.

Every day do something that gives you the space to be your inner you too. Create a 'safe haven bubble' for yourself.  Figure out what helps you disengage from whatever is claiming your attention. It can be as simple as putting on some headphones and listening to your favorite tune, or preparing a loving snack for yourself, or closing your eyes and letting everything float away from you.

You will know that you have given yourself this space when you feel more like you again and the world starts slowing down again.  :)
