Negative Thought Removal

How do you get rid of negative thoughts?

1. Become aware that you are thinking negative thoughts.
2. STOP the thought in its tracks.  Maybe even visualize a big red stop sign!
3. Hit the mental DELETE button.  Say the word out loud, or choose another that works for you such as erase, cancel, etc. Do say it out loud. It makes is more real and tangible, enforcing the removal process both on the physical and etheric planes.
4.a. Fill the space with something positive, such as a positive thought, or envision your mind being full of sunshine, or love, or whatever works for you.
4.b. Or you can turn the negative thought into a positive. So instead of fighting it you can see it as an opportunity, a challenge you can master and then work toward it.
5. Breathe a breath of peace and enjoy the positivity!
