Love makes you fly high, fills every pore of your being, and awakens all your senses. As you seek love, it helps to understand, that there are 3 different types of sensory groups people fall under generally speaking. They are:
1. Visual
2. Auditory
3. Feeling
Take a moment to think, where you fit best. What stimulates you the most of the three, especially in an intimate situation? Do you love to see beauty, or do words evoque strong feelings, or do you like to touch and be touched, for example. One of these sensory groups is dominant in each of us.
Then consider your partner. What is his or her preference? How well do your sensory preferences match? How can you be there more for each other? How can you maximize intimacy and harmony?
This is a very simple way to become more aware of each other and understand what makes you tick. Talk with your partner and see how this knowledge could possibly add a new dimension to your life.

The Writing of Daily Insights
It's been close to two years since my last blog. As life would have it, I am moved to write posts again. Though they may not be daily, I feel inspired and moved to restart.
As I originally started on the Daily Insights Journey, I wanted to give to the world, I wanted to find positivity in every day, I wanted to find the light that always shines, if we just choose to look. All this helped me overcome large obstacles I had to face in my personal life, and gave me the strength to move on, and ultimately find some peace.
What I didn't realize is how much it helped pave the way to a happy, fulfillig life, overflowing with love. In retrospect, Daily Insights helped me resonate differently in the world, thus attract the love of my life, and the life I have always dreamed of.
Writing down goals has been proven in the business world to be a very powerful way to create what you wish to create in your life. Writing down personal insights helps you focus too, to realize the changes you want to see in you, who you want to be in this world, and how you want to resonate in it, which in turn starts attracting the same vibration from the outside, mirroring your internal status. Positive will attract positive.
Taking a daily moment to reflect on who you are and jotting down your findings, can change your life in dimesions you never dared to dream of. It did for me. And it can for you!

Two Years And Good Bye
Today marks two years and 730 blog entries, of daily insights. As I set out on this journey the original goal was one year. Now, an additional year later, this journey feels complete and it is time to say good-bye.
Like all ends, there is a bitter sweet feel to it. Likewise there is the stirring of a new beginning too, the opening of a new door to other possibilities that can build on what has been done and learned.
No matter what, the daily insights are here for you to revisit anytime. You can go back to the first one and start over. Your second time through will be a new experience. Maybe one insight that didn't touch you the first time, might have a deep impact on you the second time. Or it may have really resonated with you the first time and even deeper the second time. Other insights you might have integrated so deeply that they are second nature to you.
Another way you can approach these two years of insights is to choose one insight a day randomly. Do what moves you, what feels right for you. Know you are a beautiful person with a bright light within that shines through you. Thank you for being a part of my journey. Blessings and love to you, now, and always.

Humor
"A well developed sense of humor is the pole that adds balance to your steps as you walk the tightrope of life." by William Arthur Ward
This is so true! Humor is an invaluable aid at any time in life. Make sure to integrate it as much as possible into yours! :)

Acceptance
"Accept what people offer. Drink their milkshakes. Take their love." by Wally Lamb
Accepting what is given is an art form and a reflection of your self worth. How open are you to accpeting?

Ups and Downs
Ups and downs are a part of life. The only thing that matters though is how you respond to these highs and lows. Do you follow them? Enhance them or not?
What you do matters! The ideal state is to be balanced, in your center, at peace. It is all about what YOU do, how you honor yourself, how you treat and view yourself. Ups and downs are caused by external factors. When you are ruled by internal factors, the world can turn upside down, and you are still, simply, who you are. :)

Reflection
Today, on the last day of the year, emotions are mixed. There is gratefulness for all the blessings of the last year, sadness/happiness for days gone by, anticipation of what is to come, etc. Change is in the air. Resolutions are made (or not) and life goes on.
As you count your blessings and cheer in the New Year, whether in company or not, take a moment for yourself and be good to yourself (for example: say something nice to yourself, praise yourself). There is only one you and you are special. Happy New Year.
