Goal Assessment Exercise

This exercise will help you identify how much a specific goal truly means to you.  After answering the questions below you will have a good sense of how important that goal is for you.

Instructions:  Take a pen and paper and answer one question at a time.  Try not to peak ahead. :)

1. Is there something you know you want to do and you have for a long time, but for whatever reason haven't done?  What is it?  What are you wanting to achieve?  What is your goal?

2. How long have you been wanting to do this?

3. What has been your biggest obstacle?  What has been keeping you from doing it?

4. What specific action have you taken this week towards it?

5. How will you feel once you have achieved what you want to achieve?
