Reawaken Your 5 Senses

Do you take your sense for granted?  When is the last time you consciously paused to really see, touch, taste, smell, and hear?

Take some time today and give each of your senses your focused attention, one at a time.  It doesn't have to be long, only focused and one at a time.  Rediscover the beauty and richness of each!  Rediscover the world around you!
