When you are in physical pain you realize how much you take life for granted when all is well! It is easy to get impatient and to take pills to make it all go away. What do you do though when that doesn't help either or isn't available?
Pain is your body's way of talking to you when something isn't in balance. Work on listening to your pain. Pain awakens lots of fears. Face your fears and feel into your pain. Mentally/emotionally fighting your pain does increase your pain level.
