Breath Check

Today, pay attention to your breath. Whenever you think of it check in with your breath and see what it is doing. Are you breathing fast? Holding your breath? Breathing regularly?

Regular deep breathing is important for your health. You will be amazed how often you find your body tight and you holding your breath. Ease the tension with deep breath. Regulate your breathing into a steady pattern that releases any tension you are holding on to.

And remember, keep checking in with your breath all day! It is amazing how quickly you revert back...
