Morning Thoughts

What are the first thoughts that go through your head in the morning? Are they joyous? Strained? Neutral? Work related? Stressed thoughts? 

Do you jump out of bed ready to start the day or do you drag yourself out of bed dreading the day? Odds are that whatever it is, it repeats itself often if not everyday. These first thoughts can set the mood for your day. If it is not what you want it to be, think about how you can change it.  Feel into it and see what you would like it to be, how these first conscious moments can serve you best.

Every morning implement these new thoughts gently. It may take time (or not!) but either way do it for yourself and your well being.
