Sometimes you need to make decisions that "hurt" others, or so it seems. What makes them tough is the guilt you feel when you make them.
When this happens there are a couple of things you can do:
1. Review your decision to see if it is a heart centered decision that is in alignment with you higher self. If it resonates highly with you, you know that you are on the right track. If not, rethink your decision. Make it heart centered,
2. Once you have assessed that it is heart centered, check to see if you are still feeling any guilt. Often times you are taking on responsibility for others and/or you are afraid to follow through on your decision because you know it will cause disruption/change/create waves. These are self created fears that you can let go of. The truth is that everyone around you will ultimately benefit from heart centered decisions, even if initially it might look like it is "hurting" someone else. Remember that it is always an opportunity for growth and thus a gift in disguise.
