Stuck?

Feeling stuck, like you are running around in circles, or hitting your head against the same old wall? Well, then it is time for a new approach to life, time to do something you haven't done before. Usually, when you are feeling this way, you are completely stuck in your head. The focus is on a/the situation outside of you.

You have followed your mind thus far and you are in a dead end street, or so it seems. Alter your perception of your reality. Take a deep breath (or as many as you need) and focus on you, what makes you whole, what gives you joy and peace. Choose your reality based on this. Trust in what you feel about who you are at your core and commit to this. See your situation through these eyes and you will find peace, either through action or acceptance.
