When you have a productive day you feel fulfilled and happy. Invariably that will relax you and your body, easing your sleep.
Not everyday can be productive and fulfilling. Nevertheless you can work on nurturing happy thoughts and releasing the days worries prior to going to sleep. Consciously relax you mind and body, breathe deeply and have positive thoughts as you fall asleep. :)
