Are you wishing your life away? How often a day do think about the future, about what could be or will be? For one day follow your thoughts and take notice. You'll be amazed how much time you spend out there and not right here.
If you do spend a lot of time in the future looking forward and reaching toward what might be, be mindful that you are here in the now. Bring yourself gently to the present every time you become aware of being in the future.
