Walking In Someone Else's Shoes

To walk in someone else's shoes is always harder than it looks. There are many factors/variables that you miss when you are looking in from the outside. You can safely assume that if you think you can do it, then you have, as far as you can tell, the basics to get the job done. The learning and fine tuning will happen as you find your way in the new shoes.  :)
